After several experiences in SSII on Geneva as analyst-developer then, afterward project manager, and attracted for a long time by the will to CREATE, here I am thrown on a project in 2005 which will bear the name of IDO:

My philosophy

It is in 2005 when Guillaume and I based IDO. Having collaborated together within Swiss service companies, for various international customers, it had become obvious for me to associate us and to base IDO.

My purpose was simple: gater within a company a team which looks like us. The motivation, the experience, the generosity, the sense of the responsibilities, the humor are so many values as I want to find in every member of our “tribe”.

I am proud of the fact whom became IDO. I am proud to manage this human-sized company, which knew how to, thanks to all the team, weave links favored with his regular customers.

Middleware Administrator

For our client, a prestigious organization in the banking industry, we are looking for a Middleware Administrator.

Your mission:

Deliver and maintain execution platforms serving transverse business and technical streams and to manage internal and external file transfers. Members use their expertise to define, validate and integrate technical solutions suitable for the business needs

 

Your responsibilities are to:

  • Define and formalize the blueprint for new functionalities in collaboration with the development team and according to the roadmap.
  • Support and maintain execution platforms hosted on Windows and Linux environment (Talend)
  • Master configuration and management of application servers IIS, Tomcat and Apache
  • Promote and validate best practices of integration between applications and systems
  • Maintain and upgrade deployment scripts
  • Implement monitoring and exploitation interfaces
  • Learn or improve skills on some topics like Talend Integration Server and Business Object
  • Comply with the bank security rules and best practices
  • The mission should evolve to other platforms that require support

 

Your profile:

Android Developer

 

Your responsibilities are to:

  • Define and formalize the blueprint for new functionalities in collaboration with the development team and according to the roadmap.
  • Develop new features for the company’s products running on Android.
  • Improve the software performance and quality.
  • Maintain and extend the source code.
  • Create documentation for new features according to the requirements from the Product Management.
  • Collaborate with the QA/Testing team to create high quality products

Your profile should be:

  • Graduate Applied Science University: Bachelor/Master/PhD in Computer Science or Telecom
  • 5+ years of software development including 3+ years programming Android Application
  • Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio and Java are must
  • Solid experience in socket programming and protocol implementation.
  • Strong Object Oriented design and development experience
  • Able to work with data from outside API’s
  • Ability to understand and parse XML, JSON and serialized data
  • Experience with embedded secure relational databases
  • Understanding of Multi-threaded interface design
  • Good knowledge in security and VoIP & Codec software development.
  • Experience with Agile software development, Scrum and Target Process practice are a plus.
  • Structured and synthetic approach to software development.
  • Flexible, stress resistant, autonomous and passionate.
  • Good knowledge of English (spoken and written), French or German is a plus.
